I won NaNoWriMo yesterday! I believe I’m about halfway through the plot of Courageous Hearts, so I hope I can fit in another 20k.
When I announced that I had won, two of my friends got into this huge fight over who would get the first copy (nevermind that fact that it isn’t quite done). The argument then became about who loved me more and ended in some pretty pathetic insults. I don’t know why I even hang out with those losers. Well, actually, I do.
My cat kind of ate my new earbuds, which is bad. So now I can’t listen to music, which is very bad.
Also, I painted this thing today. :)
To all the writers who are still racing to meet their wordcount goal: you can do it! The world needs your book, so don’t give up.

Woooooow! Congratulations, Loren! I really admire your dedication to your goal (along with all the other NaNoers!). I honestly don’t know how I would survive! I think I only wrote about 6-10,000 words for Loyalty this month (but I’ve already exceeded 80k and am just finishing up the last bits of the plot, so idk). I’d probably get totally creamed if I even attempted to do NaNoWriMo… I still really wanna try, though… Maybe Camp NaNo in the summer would be a good place to start…
What? Why are you looking at me like that? Above the comment box I was asked what’s on my mind. My mind starts to get talkative at 11 PM. I guess that’s why 80% of my chapters are written past that time. XD
